This portal is only for customers who purchased from keys4us.com and use the same email address they entered at checkout.

What does 'No purchases found for this email' mean?

It means our system could not find any valid completed orders linked to the email you entered. Check the email matches your order, your order is completed and not refunded, and that you purchased directly from keys4us.com.

Does reusing the same Installation ID consume another activation?

No. Submitting the same Installation ID again with the same email returns the existing Confirmation ID without using additional activation credits.

What should I do if the tool or activation does not work?

Double-check your email and Installation ID. If you still receive an error, take a screenshot of the activation screen and contact Keys4Us support with your order details.
